As we all know that the entire world, especially India, is facing the Coronavirus (Covid-19) crisis and many people have lost their jobs and are unable to provide as little as a decent meal for their family.
We at Praabhu Nayan Foundation understand this problem and are working towards feeding the Tribal families in remote areas of Maharashtra.
Last year (2020) we provided one month’s ration to around 150 tribal families which cost around ₹1, 000 rupees per family, with each family consisting of 4-5 members. Due to the sudden, massive increase in the Coronavirus cases and difficulties to find medical resources, we have broadened our reach and have gone ahead to donate multiple beds in rural hospitals plus an ambulance for emergency cases.
However, with the rapidly growing rate of unemployment and rising cases of the pandemic, we need to extend our reach way beyond 150 families. Our objective with the 'FEED THE HUNGER' Campaign is to ensure no family should go hungry. Today we ask you all to come forward and help us reach out and provide food to as many tribal families as we can together, for every ₹1,000 rupees we get, one family of 4-5 members will be able to sleep in peace, not worrying about how to fetch food for a month (30 days).
All additional proceeds will go towards procuring and distributing medical resources in these tribal belts.
