Swabhimaan is an Non Government charitable trust which is headed by Mr. Venkatraman, who has been working extensively in and around the slums of Koramangala for the past 20 years.
There are various programs run by Swabhimaan to uplift the lives of Rajendranagar. Some of the programs include free medical services for the needy ,micro finance for women, cloth bag stitching etc.
One of the important services it does is distribution of ration which keeps the lives of families sustained. There are about 2500 families who receive ration which is 500 rupees each which contains basic ingredients like rice, dal, sugar and Oil.
So we would require an Amount of 12,50,000 rupees to aid these families sustain and have their lives going on to fight their battles.
You can donate rupees 500 and you will be helping a family to sustain a life for a week. We don't have to live their problems but to aid them by get rid of their problems.
