Providing online Primary Education to deprived Village Children:
* To establish a model school in Atpukur with the modern digital mode of education. Bringing global teachers accessible to the students.
* Need-based distribution of Edu care relief for the students of the Atpukur island.
* Creating a global community of college and university student volunteers who can serve our rural students with knowledge transfer.
* To restore, encourage and support folk and traditional culture on the island including training children in songs, dances, drama, and other performing art forms on relevant social contemporary issues.

PREFACE: Time and again a good number of natural calamities, super cyclones like
BULBUL, AMPHAN YASH, etc. due to climate change invading coastal areas of
West Bengal badly. Sunderban area suffered a lot. Makhan and Sandeshkhali -

I, our targeted project area, are mostly neglected and less facilitated blocks of Sundarban area situated at wetland( Vidyadhari valley) area and a little bit high from sea level. As a result, salinity makes the harvesting field infertile. On top of it round negative impact of the pandemic [ Covid – 19] made inhabitants of these areas unemployed, and homeless giving rise to acute food health and hygiene-related problems. The crucial point is to be noted that the rate of domestic violence, child abuse, school drops, and trafficking increased highly in recent past years.

PROJECT AREA: Minakhan and Sandesh Khali- I & II Blocks of North 24 Parganas, and Sundarbans area, West Bengal, India.

DEMOGRAPHIC IDENTIFICATION:
TARGET GROUP: Rural women community coming from the victimized segment, such as domestic violence, trafficking, single woman and having no so-called social honor, below the poverty level, and others.

SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT:

1. Thrust Area: - The salient feature of this project is based on women empowerment by sharing with them viable vocational knowledge and related vocational training, Hand Embroidery and facilitating marketing linkage, through Govt. and Non- Govt. agencies so that they can get an opportunity to stand by their own and to be able to be a responsible entity with due self-respect.

2. Apex Area: One cannot draw any plan or think of any betterment/ development of women of this area by completely detaching their children from them in any project. Mothers’ communities are very much sensitive to this issue, anxious and worried from their bitter experiences where child abuse, missing, and trafficking often took place. The apex area of this project is related to providing some sort of non-conventional teaching services based on providing play and joy to the children of our trainees and if anybody found “school drops“ will be pushed back to the main streamed system.

OBJECTIVES:
* To empower the rural-based women community.
* To enhance the confidence level among rural base women community coming from several uncomfortable victimized segment such as domestic violence, trafficking, widows, etc.
* To share with them viable vocational knowledge and practical training on Hand Embroidery and related products, mentioned in detail on the other page.
* To facilitate the working knowledge and know-how to open and run a tiny production unit.
* To facilitate bank loan, if necessary.
* To facilitate Artisan Identity Card from Development Commissioner of Handicrafts, M/O, Textiles, Govt. of India.
* To share pertinent knowledge to lead conscious life to face the surroundings.
* To link the children of the trainees, if found a school dropper, to the main streamed education
channel.

DURATION OF THE TRAINING: 03 Months.
TOTAL DAYS OF THE TRAINING: 20 days of training and 20 days of follow up
TOTAL HOURS OF TRAINING: 4 hours in a day x 40 days = 160 total hours.
TIME OF TRAINING: 12 noon to 4 P.M
NUMBERS OF TRAINEES: 30

(a) Initial selection: one-month duration case-to-case physical survey to select the trainees.
(b) Final selection will be made after a counseling session conducted by relevant competent qualified faculties supported by the case study report which has been prepared earlier.

* To carry out a physical survey of the case-to-case study of the victimized candidate.
* To arrange a suitable venue to conduct the counseling session and to run the training program.
* To arrange counseling meetings to complete the final selection of trainees.
* To arrange a motivation program with selected trainees.
* To conduct the training program meaningfully.
* To conduct the follow-up session clinically to tackle the issues coming from trainees.
* To maintain and archive all relevant documents.
* To continue day-to-day schedule

* No huge investments are required in respect of space, electric consumption, capital, logistics, and other legalities.

RESULT OF THE PROJECT:
The knowledge of viable vocational training will open the opportunity to earn to the rural women community in their way and they will be able to extend their participation to meet the expenses of their respected families.
