'Other Kohinoors' is a film tribute to the rocks of Hyderabad - a beautiful documentary in the making that celebrates the majestic rockscapes and the stories around them - unfortunately getting lost to urban development at a rapid pace. It is an engaging, entertaining and extensively researched labour of love directed by Ms. Uma Magal, and co-produced by Ms. Mahnoor Yar Khan - both ardent lovers of the Rocks!

We need your support
We do need funds however to complete the film, pay for the Other Kohinoors Project that we have planned, to take the film and dialogue to every space we can in the city - from the Bengali Samiti, Kannada Sangha, Marathi Mandal type community spaces, to other spaces and fora in Secunderabad, Cyberabad, Old City spaces, Museums like the Salar Jung and other government museums, government and private schools and colleges etc. You could see more details at the Events / Project page on the website. 

This is our second round of crowdfunding and we are writing to ask you to help us complete the last stretch of this undertaking, by making a donation of any amount starting at simply Rs 1000/- The sky is the limit of course...
