My name is sachin choudhary and I am here to raise funds for the treatment of my wife tina choudhary who were diagnosed with moderate Pneumothorax and respiratory failure. Her treatment is happening at CHL hospital indore but there is no recovery have been noticed yet so we have to shift her at MGM Healthcare, Chennai for further treatment but we are facing financial problems because in Chennai the treatment is estimated approx 1crore rupees .
