This fund raiser directly benefits our community dogs and my ability to carry on rescues.
My name is Nishith Mishra. I have been feeding 300 dogs, one meal a day for close to three years now. Apart from feeding, I am involved in rescue and rehabilitation of our community dogs. I also run a foster home for streeties, for them to recover completely before they are dropped back to their respective area. I am not a NGO nor a trust. Entire feeding and rescue/rehab operation is self funded.
The months of April and May, had been overwhelming with quite a few rescues, which have resulted in huge bills (1.5 lakhs plus). The feeding initiative itself has a budget of 68000 per month. This fundraising is my first time, reaching out for help with funds as the overall expenses due to the rescues have shot up way beyond my monthly budget of 80,000. So here I am requesting all of you to help me out, to carry on doing my bit for our community dogs.
