The second wave of the pandemic has hit all of us badly and more to those who are below poverty line. With my background of Sociology I have always being interested to work for the vulnerable community. This current situation made me more disturbed than ever before so I started looking online about some nearby NGOs who would be ready to take some kind of help. So I found Kankura Masat Social Welfare Society which is currently working in the backward district of South 24 pargana. They work for improving their living standards with various livelihood training, elderly help and environment and sustainable agricultural programmes.
