On a daily basis, I, Rakhi Chatterjee, feed over 50 stray dogs in different regions located in Chandannagore. Hence, there's a need to provide the dogs with almost 7 kgs of rice, 3 kgs of chicken, 15 packets worth biscuits, on a daily basis.
Apart from the aforementioned, there are various other expenses, which involves the costs involved in the Transportation, medications, doctor consultation and other charges contribute significantly in increasing the overheads.
The daily costs involved are as follows:
1. Rice: 20×7= Rs. 140
2. Chicken: 100×3= Rs. 300 (the prices may vary significantly as during the lockdown, the prices went as much as Rs. 300/kg
3. Biscuits: 23×15= Rs. 345
4. Transportation: Rs. 70
The total daily estimates sums up to Rs. 855. On the monthly basis, it increases up to Rs. 25,650.
However, the other overheads are also responsible for the increases in the monthly budget, which adds up to around Rs. 3,000.
Therefore, the overall monthly expenses may also exceed Rs. 29,000.
Therefore, you are requested to donate as much as you can for these voiceless creatures to keep them existing in the world.
