I am Zeeshan Ahmad (eldest son in my family)
Writing this for my Father (Tanseer Ahmad) who is fighting from Oral Cancer (Mouth) since 2015. He is being diagnosed at Prince Aly Khan Hospital, Mumbai. Till the Date 4 times Surgery and 1 time Radiation therapy has been already performed still we need to fight more to diagnose this disease.
First surgery performed on 13th January, 2015 at Prince Aly Khan Hospital, Mumbai.
First radio therapy given on 16th August, 2015 at Apex Hospital, Varanasi.
Second surgery performed on 24th August, 2018 at Prince Aly Khan Hospital, Mumbai.
Third surgery performed on 8th April, 2019 at Prince Aly Khan Hospital, Mumbai.
Fourth surgery performed on 24th September, 2019 at Prince Aly Khan Hospital, Mumbai.
Now after the fourth surgery of my Dad doctors have advised he needs an urgent radiation therapy as soon as possible without wasting much time and after this radiation therapy. Now, I am completely Broken and lost all hopes, from past 6 years we have been fighting with this disease and lost our everything, i was pursuing B.tech from Ram Swaroop Memorial University, Lucknow but couldn't complete my studies because of financial problems and left college in 2016 to support him fighting with this Cancer, i was working in a private company but lost my job too last year in 2019 as i have to take leaves from company during fourth surgery and stayed in hospital at Mumbai with my father. Today i am writing this on 9th of January, 2020 we sold all our assets, invested all our savings & earnings in order to cure him over the time and now the condition is "i don't have anything left for paying at hospitals for further treatment".
Today, i am hopeless and it is impossible for me to continue this fight against cancer without your help. My father is currently on Liquid diet and cannot eat anything i am only the ray of hope in his eyes. It's my humble request to everyone who is reading this to help me on this and social media platform as much as possible, your effort can save my father's life and give a new hope to me and my family.
I have uploaded all the related documents of treatment which we have gone through these past 5 year’s above please have a look. If I get any help from here I will upload pictures to show the progress and I promise to try my level best to pay back to the society. This is the last hope left for me and my father to overcome this situation.
Radiation therapy has already been delayed by more than two months i have gathered lot of courage before writing this on a social platform thinking about the society and my relations but currently i don't have any other option left and my dad is my priority.

RADIATION THERAPY - 2.5Lacs - 3.10Lacs
CHEMOTHERAPY - 6-7Lacs
