Smiley's is an organization that works for creating inclusion for persons with disability through inclusive volunteering. We believe in inclusion and that everyone is equal.

Every year 100s of youth from bangalore invest there time in December to celebrate a festival of Inclusion in diversity and that festival is called Tandav. 

Tandav is India's only inclusive Dance Festival focused on breaking stereotypes and celebrate diversity of our country. A day where no disability sets us apart. Persons with and without disability dance and volunteer together at Tandav.


This year we will have individuals with vision impairment, physically disability, cerebral palsy , down syndrome, autism, intellectual disability and Deaf at Tandav.

Fundraised will be used for the setup of the venue with Stage and sound, decorations, food for almost 700 people and for transport.
