Who are we?
We are Taking Up Space, an organisation based out of India, where we design and facilitate inner work experiences. What began as a virtual session to explore identities for about 12 people has blossomed into a movement where we have facilitated 10+ programs for over 600+ participants, with 20 different facilitators through our spaces over the last 2 years.

'Love Is A Verb' brings light and clarity into what it really means to love through our actions towards ourselves, and the people we wish to love with more authenticity. In today's fast-paced world, the landscape of relationships is constantly evolving, presenting both opportunities and challenges. Our hope is to enable individuals to identify their inner voice, to heal from wounds and to learn skills and tools to navigate this ever-changing landscape. We envision a future where relationships are founded on mutual respect, empathy, and meaningful connection, rather than superficiality, influenced by social media or societal expectations.

When Love Takes Up Space, We will have ~

• A world full of healthy adults who aren’t afraid to express themselves.
• Individuals who know their worth and have self-compassion, hence can see the worth in every human and for every little being out there.
• Communities that truly support and nurture each other, with no need for transactional relationships. 
• A shift of narrative from hierarchy, greed and devastation to focus on equal sharing and distribution of resources while fundamentally caring for the planet and giving back. 
• Individuals breaking away from relationships and ideologies that serve them no purpose with ease and comfort, knowing that they deserve to experience authentic love. 
• Happy relationships that turn into nourishing homes full of love, joy, growth and connection; devoid of shame, guilt, resentment, explosive behaviour and unstable, conditional support. 
• Happy relationships that create safe and supportive homes where children are allowed to grow feeling protected, loved and unafraid of being their authentic selves.

By supporting Love Is A Verb, you contribute to creating environments where inner work practices are accessible and integrated into daily life, fostering diverse and resilient communities that are less alone, more in touch with themselves, and prepared to face life’s challenges together. Here is a breakdown of how your contribution can make a BIG difference -

• Rs. 500: You enable a set of deep self-reflection resources which will help an individual to navigate into their inner world, process their current understanding of relationships, connect with their inner child, access a safe and vulnerable community of humans who are holding space for their growth. 
• Rs. 600: You enable access for one person to join our foundational program, where they will receive resources, 2 live sessions, and a safe and vulnerable community of humans who are holding space for their growth. 
• Rs. 1200: You enable access for two people to join our foundational program, where they will receive deep, reflective resources, 2 live sessions and a safe and vulnerable community of humans who are holding space for their growth. 
• Rs. 2400: You enable access for four persons to join our foundational program, where they will receive deep, reflective resources, 2 live sessions and a safe and vulnerable community of humans who are holding space for their growth. 
• Rs. 6000: You enable access for 10 individuals to join our foundational program, where they will receive deep, reflective resources, 2 live sessions and a safe and vulnerable community of humans who are holding space for their growth. 
• Rs. 12000: You enable access for 12 individuals to join our foundational program, where they will receive deep, reflective resources, 2 live sessions and a safe and vulnerable community of humans who are holding space for their growth. 
• Rs. 24000: You enable access for 24 individuals to join our foundational program, where they will receive deep, reflective resources, 2 live sessions and a safe and vulnerable community of humans who are holding space for their growth.
