My name is  Sujith and I am here to raise funds for my friend Sai Nath who is 17 years old. Sai Nath  lives with family,  in siddipet, telangana.

Sai Nath  is suffering from Kidney Failure from the past few months. he is going for Medication  in C C Shroff Memorial Hospital, Hyderabad, Telangana . Currently he is admitted and need Surgery.
