My name is Varshini. I am here to raise funds for my father, Mr. Susarla Surya Narayana Murthy (52 years old), is currently in critical condition and fighting for his life. He was admitted to the hospital with high fever, severe cough, breathing difficulty, and chest discomfort. After multiple tests and scans, doctors diagnosed him with a severe lung infection caused by Klebsiella pneumoniae, which has progressed into Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS) a life-threatening condition where the lungs fail to supply enough oxygen to the body.

His reports show extensive infection and dense consolidation affecting both lungs, and his oxygen levels have dropped dangerously low despite intensive treatment and oxygen support in the ICU. Doctors have informed us that his chances of survival are currently below 50% and that he urgently requires ECMO (Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation) an advanced life-support treatment that can temporarily take over the function of his lungs and give him a chance to recover.

ECMO treatment is extremely expensive and must be started immediately to save his life. As a family, we are doing everything we can, but the cost is far beyond what we can manage on our own.
