We are writing this on behalf of Students' Union, the University of Hyderabad to raise funds for our friend Surya Pratap Barathi who is 30 years old. He's currently pursuing his PhD under the Department of English at the University of Hyderabad. Surya is a hard-working scholar who has struggled so much despite all the odds. To make a living, his parents work as daily wage labourers. Unfortunately, he is suffering from Ischemic Stroke from the past few days. He is currently admitted and receiving ICU Care at Citizens Speciality Hospital, Hyderabad, Telangana. Until now, they've spent about Rs. 50000 approx.
