My name is AAL Venkatraman, father of VSurya. I’m putting this request to raise funds for my 24-year-old son, Mr. Surya, who is fighting a serious and painful battle to save his eyesight—and his future.

Despite undergoing surgery 3 years ago, the eye condition remains the same. Retina surgeons have now recommended immediate surgery to remove the fluid that was injected in the previous surgery, and also remove the cataract that has developed to an advanced stage.

This is my second son. My first son Siddarthraam, aged 28, had a fatal accident in Feb 2024 and a life-threatening head injury. He has almost recovered now. The medical expenses had been more than 80,00,000₹.

Now it is the second challenge we face as a family.

The cost of this surgery is ₹2 lakhs, an amount far beyond what we can afford now. We have already spent everything we had on his previous treatment and other medical expenses. We are emotionally and financially exhausted, but we keep fighting the challenges as parents for our sons.
