Hello All, hope you are doing well! I am Suresh 37yrs,
native of Chennai and working in Hyderabad. About two months ago I had loss of appetite,
headache and my legs were swollen, so I decided to go for a medical checkup

After multiple checkups I was diagnosed with CKD - Chronic
Kidney Disease and also called as "ESRD - End Stage Renal Disease". The
doctor confirmed that both of my Kidneys have failed.  

Now I am on Dialysis ('Dialysis' where the blood is taken
out and the waste in it is removed and then sent back to my body) three times a
week. Due to this I am struggling with severe pain and depression.

My doctor suggested Kidney transplantation within the next
three months. Medical bill for this procedure will be up to Rs 8 lakhs.

I am married and have two school going kids (elder son is in
5th standard & younger son is in 3rd standard). My wife is homemaker. We
are depended on 2.5lakh insurance coverage through my organization and around 1
lakh in the way of funds by my colleagues in the organization. 

While still trying to absorb the shocking turn of events, I
got another shocker when I was exhausted my 40 days of paid leaves and the organization
I worked for put me on unpaid leave with an apology.

Helpless however hopefully I turn to you all for financial hep
