My name is Sambrajyam and I am here to fundraise for my relative, Surendra.
Surendra is 26 years old and is residing in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.

Surendra's dad passed away when he was small.Surendra is suffering from chronic kidney disease in stage 5.He needs an immediate kidney transplantation to survive.He is being treated at Pinnamaneni poly clinic in vijayawada.
His Mom is donating him a kidney.with their financial condition they won't be able to afford the surgery charges.
