I have exhausted all my resources and am now struggling to afford legal fees.My elder brother, Kumar Sanu, started a small dairy business just before the Covid pandemic, and though it began to thrive, he tragically passed away in August 2020 at the age of 25. Our father, who worked as a bus conductor, lost his job after falling into depression following my brother’s sudden demise. The dairy became our only source of income and a cherished memory of my brother.I quit my studies to take over the business and took out a loan of Rs. 6,30,000. I have paid around 3,30,000/- to bank. However, the interest was not properly communicated to me, and the debt quickly escalated to Rs. 8,20,786 even after payment of 3,30,000/- as of March 2nd, 2024. After multiple court hearings, the settlement amount was reduced to Rs. 5,07,000.I have managed to raise Rs. 2.5 lakhs from friends and relatives, but despite my efforts, I still need more.
