I am Nitul Kumar Gupta, raising funds for my father Sunil Kumar Gupta who is 62 years old . We live and run a shop in a Pakbara town of Moradabad .
My Father has been dignsosed with Meningitis, Sepsis with septic shock with MOSF(Multi Organ System Failure), Encephalopathy,Transaminitis,Myocarditis,Diabetes mellitus. Cause of sepsis is not yet known despite all the recommended tests. The level of sepesis infection in case of my father is said to be rare and not common. He is currently on life support with invasive ventilator because of multiple organs failure. He got admitted to ICU at Jaypee Hospital, Noida, Uttar Pradesh on 30th Oct after getting referred to higher centre from Motherland Hospital, Noida where he was earlier transferred on 28th Oct from Khare Hospital, Moradabad.
So far , our family has spent in all 3 hospitals, approximately Rs. 15L from savings & loans and rest from donations. Now all the sources of funds have become drained out completely. Hospital bill is increasing at a very fast rate of approximately 1L per day which is making it difficult for the family as the monetary requirement is beyond our imagination.
Doctors have said he is still critical and not stable yet. Blood infection has increased again after a decrease and now it is at the same level as it was at 20 days before. Doctors want time for treatment in ICU indicatively total 60 days. We are anticipating further expenditure of Rs.60L to make possible recovery of multiple organs.
