We are planning to conduct the surgery at Private Hospital, Saket, New Delhi. Our elder daughter, who is merely 18 years old, is donating a significant part of her liver for her father.
Due to sudden deterioration of Suman’s health, he has to get admitted to the hospital today (Tuesday, 30th May 2023). If all goes well (Medical Tests and Legal formalities), his ‘Liver Transplantation’ will be done on 6th June 2023.
As Suman has changed his job few months back, the medical benefits available from his work place is very limited. Our family has already spent Rs. 10 Lakhs for his two times hospitalization (Feb-2023 and April-2023) earlier this year and for conducting complex tests and costly medicines.
The total cost of the Liver Transplantation procedure is Rs. 21 Lakhs which includes the cost of the operation for my Husband and daughter, 3 to 4 weeks of stay at hospital for my husband, ICU charges, 7- to 8 days of stay for my daughter at the hospital.
Our family would be highly grateful if you could donate any amount as per your wish, to make the Liver transplantation process happen smoothly without any financial barriers. Your help would mean a lot for my husband's health and for my family.
On the day of operation, he would require approximately 5 – 6 bottles of ‘O’ +ve blood and 20 – 25 bottles of other blood groups will also be considered to reciprocate and replace with ‘O’ +ve blood. Your help in this front will also be highly obliged.

My family is going through the toughest situation at present. My husband, Mr. Suman Dutta, aged 46+ Years, is suffering from ‘Acute Liver Malfunction and Cirrhosis’. As per the doctors at multiple hospitals in Kolkata and Delhi NCR, only a ‘Liver Transplantation’ at an earliest possible date can save his life.

In addition to this, the pre and post operative care cost, medication, tests etc. is estimated around Rs 18 Lakhs more which will be required within the next 1 month.
We have already arranged a fund of around 19 Lakhs but finding it hard to manage the rest of the amount within this short span of time.
