We are reaching out with an urgent plea for Sudhama, a beloved member of our community/family whose health has taken a critical turn due to severe heart failure. Sudhama has always faced life's challenges with courage, but now he needs our help.
For some time, Sudhama has been living with heart failure, a condition he has managed with incredible resilience. However, in recent weeks, his symptoms have drastically worsened. He is experiencing extreme breathlessness, even at rest, fatigue, persistent cough, swelling, fluid retention, elevated creatinine levels and frequent hospitalizations.
His medical team has exhausted conventional treatments, and Sudhama is now in need of advanced medical procedure - possible heart transplant, intensive care management, and cardiac evaluation with Inotropes - LVAD - Transplant. These life-saving interventions come with an exorbitant cost, far beyond what Sudhama and his family can bear. The mounting medical bills, combined with ongoing care and medication, have created an immense financial burden that threatens to overwhelm them.
We cannot stand by and watch Sudhama's health deteriorate further when there is hope. Every rupee, every gesture of support, no matter how small, will directly contribute to covering his medical expenses and ensuring he receives the critical care he so urgently needs.
