My name is Arun Kumar and I am here to fundraise for my fiance, Sudha Rajan.

We recently got engaged and sudha is 28 years old and we are about to marry on September 11. She met with an Accident on 15 october evening . she underwent brain surgery (Decompressive cranectomy), She was in ICU care for the first 23days. Initially She was treated at Senthil Multispeciality Hospital in erode. Then later on she was treated in Royals care hospital (Coimbatore), Post injury she was diagnosed with Intracranial Hypotension, so she had 2nd surgery-Duroplasty, then followed by that she was diagnosed with Hydrocephalus, so again she had 3rd surgery to absorb the excess fluids accumulated in ventricles(Surgery Name: VP Shnut) we were in hospital for 124 days 

Then recently she was diagnosed with sunken skin flap syndrome, so Neuro surgeon suggest to do earlier cranioplasty to fix back the titanium mesh to replace skull bone defect.
