My name is Kamalesh, and I am here to raise funds for my brother, Subash, who is just 27 years old. He lives in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, with our parents. Life has been incredibly hard for our family. Our parents are poor and have health issues. Despite these challenges, my brother Subash has always been the backbone of our family—the only earning member who worked tirelessly to ensure we could make ends meet.
A few months ago, our world came crashing down when my brother was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML), a life-threatening form of blood cancer. Watching him fight this cruel disease has been heartbreaking. He is currently admitted and receiving treatment at the Regional Cancer Centre in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
So far, we have managed to spend Rs. 2,00,000, which we arranged through loans and our meagre savings. But now, we are completely drained. The doctors have advised immediate and aggressive treatment to save his life, and in the next few days, we urgently need Rs. 13,00,000 more for his treatment.
I am desperate to save my brother—the one who has been our family’s pillar of strength. But I can’t do it alone. I humbly request your help in this fight for his life. Any contribution, big or small, will bring us closer to giving him a chance to beat this disease and return to us.
