Project Safalta, launched in October 2022, is an alternative employment and empowerment support initiative that aims to empower individuals from underrepresented communities with informal skills training, remote labourforce access, and virtual job placements. 

Project Safalta, in collaboration with Sukhad Foundation, aims to deliver targeted training to underserved communities and broaden their employment access through the Professional Support Program. The program endeavors to create a network that can equip individuals with resources on job search techniques, online employment, CV & cover letter development, and interview skills and techniques. 

Project Safalta is now seeking to supplement these resources and training with a fundraiser to provide the necessary technological infrastructure to the individuals from these communities. The proceeds of this fundraiser will be used to purchase home computers which will be donated to the individuals seeking upskilling  through Sukhad Foundation.
