Career Connect is a social initiative founded in 2024 with the aim of addressing the lack of career guidance and related resources available to students from underserved communities in India. By increasing access and awareness, the project looks forward to empowering young minds with the knowledge and tools they require to make better supported and informed decisions about their futures.
In partnership with the Sukhad Foundation in New Delhi, the Career Capacity Fundraiser aims to raise capital to support the Career Connect project’s mission. The collected funds will be used to  partner with a professional career counselor that will provide tailored sessions for young students under the foundation’s care. 

Many of these students come from communities where such guidance is either limited or completely unavailable. These sessions can prove to be extremely vital in helping them identify their strengths while exploring a range of career opportunities and aim for success beyond school, at par with their peers. 

Our goal is to raise these funds to support Sukhad Foundation’s tireless efforts towards uplifting children from underserved communities and bettering their educational opportunities, as well as to secure a partnership and sessions with a career counselor at the NGO so that each and every student receives the support they deserve.
