NTT's theory of change lies in building essential Leadership Skills through exposure to Armed Forces opportunities and Training them with Military ethos and values. We believe that exposure to the Extraordinary Leadership and commitment-centric ethos of the Indian Armed Forces not only gives an individual a shot at joining the Armed Forces but also creates a motivated and empowered leader for society.

6. The Naan Thalaivan Thittam (NTT) Model
The Naan Thalaivan Thittam (NTT) Fellowship spans 12 months and is doled out to Fellow Aspirants in the two major modules.
Module 1: Foundational Leadership Course (FLC)
The first three months consist of rigorous academic training for Written Examinations - NDA, CDS, AFCAT, CAPF, CGCAT &, etc., along with thorough SSB preparation - Deep Dive into SSB & OLQs.
Module 2: Social Leadership Course (SLC)
The next nine months consist of Social Leadership Training where aspirant fellows are exposed to public service through various community projects helping them inculcate OLQs through hands-on training.
- 1:1 & Group mentoring sessions for SSB to continue during SLC. An accelerated individual & group mentoring session for the SSB-appearing candidates.

The applications for the NTT Fellowship are rolled out twice a year. Aspirant Fellows are selected through a rigorous selection procedure wherein their General Knowledge about the Defence Services, Power of Expression & their passion, and motivation to join the Indian Armed Forces are evaluated along with their financial background.
The shortlisted candidates are then invited for the Founder's interview round to finally decide their suitability for the Fellowship Program.

Vizhi Awakening Trust has awakened 21000+ Tamil Nadu youth on the path of extraordinary Leadership while creating 25 uniformed officers so far. A total of 20+ aspirants have cleared their Defence Services Examination during the 2024 Exams - a feat envied by established institutions of Tamil Nadu.

We aim to support 100 talented & committed yet underprivileged youth on their Leadership journey. The individual training and operational costs for each deserving & financially backward aspirant have been calculated to be around INR 12,000/-
Hence, an amount of INR 12,00,000/- is requisite to sustain this movement of creating a Leader In Every Home.
