‘VSchool’ is available for all SSC board students (Class 1 to 10 – Marathi and Semi English medium) in Maharashtra.
This year, Covid pandemic threw in new challenge – education became online. That distanced millions of non-affording parents’ children from education.
Girls are facing even more challenges as their education and spending for their education is usually not a priority of parents, furthermore they are not allowed to use personal mobiles or tablets.
Google analytics data shows the platform has received more than 80 lakh page views from more than 8 lakh users in last five months. (And still counting)

Our core value system guided us to ensure that everyone should be able to access good education, irrespective of their financial status.
This platform will be equally useful even after the Covid pandemic situation.
We are also launching the android application very soon.
The platform is designed to address majority of challenges faced by rural students:
- Multiple users can use single device
- It works with minimum internet speed
- Expected screen time is least
- Easy to use – simple dropdown to choose lesson, one page one lesson by scrolling down.
- Its not just collection of videos, it consists multiple learning media – PPTs, audios, images, gifs, online tests etc.
- Expert teachers appointed by ZP are helping in building this content.
- Every lesson is linked with the daily life of students with suitable examples and activities
- Considering the board exams use of pen and paper and small activities is equally emphasized.
- Local teachers have active role in it. Students are encouraged to interact with them and get feedback.
