My name is Kanaka Mahalakshmi and I am here to raise funds for my father Srirangam Srinivasu who is 46 years old. Srirangam Srinivasu lives in Tanuku, Andhra Pradesh with his children. Srirangam Srinivasu is driver, only bread winner of family of 6 members earning meagre income for livelihood.

Srirangam Srinivasu is met with an Accident and his Leg severly Injured from the few days. He is currently admitted and receiving treatment and medication at Bharathi Nursing Home,Tanuku. Because of blood clot in nerves near leg this affects heart or liver damage if not treated immediately.

Until now, we've spent about Rs. 60000. we've arranged amount from savings & loans.No insurance or any other money left to fund the treatment.

In the next few days, we need Rs.1,50,000.00 more for Further Medication and Treatment .
