My name is Srinivas, and I’m 52 years old. Just last year, my life changed forever — I suffered a brain stroke that left me unable to move and completely dependent on others for daily survival.
Until then, I was an independent and hardworking man. But now, even simple things like standing, eating, or walking require assistance. I’ve been fighting hard every day to recover, undergoing physiotherapy and regular medical treatment.
But I’m also fighting another silent battle — financial debt. Before my stroke, I had taken help from friends and known people to meet family and health needs, believing I could repay them through work. But now, with no income and rising medical expenses, I find myself helpless and burdened.
