Hello Everyone, Simran is my cousin and is 14 years old. She has been diagnosed with spine problem i.e, Dorso Lumbar Scoliosis and she needs surgery to live a normal life like everyone.  She is being treated at Sailaja Multispeciality Hospitals Maternity, Infertility and Trauma Care Centre, Guntur. 

My uncle is a school teacher and is trying his best to meet the financial need for this treatment. Please come forward and help my cousin.
