The aim of this program is established to develop and run rehabilitation centre for Poor, sick, infirm and destitute specially girls/women. Objective is to start, maintain, develop, run vocational and training centres to help poor and destitute. Help them create a livelihood and sustain themselves financially by identifying/providing job opportunities based on one’s skills.

As many as 18 percent of 15- to 24-year-olds in India are unemployed, 5 percent more than the international average, estimated by the global youth unemployment study. The Centre for Effective Collaboration and Practice notes that between 4 and 6 million children who are in school or dropped out of school display antisocial behaviour. Several factors can contribute to antisocial behaviour in school. For example, LD Online lists problems regulating emotions, early aggressive behaviour, rejection from classmates, academic failure that starts during elementary school, and no academic commitment as risk factors for antisocial behaviour.

SPK Trust suggest a three tier prevention program for antisocial behaviour for the dropped out students. First and fore most will be to bring them back to school. The primary prevention involves doing school-wide activities, such as teaching students how to do conflict resolution. With secondary prevention, students who are at-risk for antisocial behaviour participate in more specialized activities, such as counselling or social skills training. A student with serious antisocial behaviour may benefit from tertiary prevention, which involves interventions targeting the specific behaviours the student displays, and may include the student's parents, as well as school administrators, other teachers that this student has and professionals trained in working with antisocial behaviours. Bring reforms in their belief and enrol them in skill development programs based on their interests. Encouraging them to take up sports of their 7 Liking. Facilitate/Motivate them to complete their primary and secondary education. Helping them find livelihood by providing job opportunities.

The first step will be to identify these children and have them join our school by counselling the child as well as their parents, Parents involvement is a major factor that motivates the child to succeed at school. Keep a track of the child in encouraging and getting them to enrol in our proposed academic/ Sill Development/Sports curriculum based on their desire and liking, so that you can help him get a life worthy of this society of their liking
Encourage and motivate the child to perform well in school. However, do not have unrealistic expectations from your child. It may cause undue stress to your child and lead to a disastrous academic performance. You need to inculcate good values in your child. We tell them that academic excellence is the first step towards ensuring a successful career and life. We encourage them to select a stream they want to choose. Be it basic skills like Gardening, Agriculture, Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrician or have interest in fine arts or media related like Photography, Artist, Journalism of if they want to become involved in sports of various kinds. We can provide them training and help them complete their primary education requirements and help them find jobs, further education, setup their own business, etc.
