Greetings from SOS DELHI COVID RELIEF 2021.

We are a group of committed (and currently exhausted) citizens who have banded together urgently at this difficult time in Delhi, to help fight the Covid-19 virus.

Our prime concern is to help vulnerable people in Delhi who are struggling and have little or no access to healthcare. Among these are older people and those who have no one to care for them.

We work mostly with the poor but also serve those who desperately need help when they reach out to our teams.

As a first step we have begun the purchase of Oxygen cylinders with flow meters, C-19 emergency kits – Blood Oxy-meters, digital thermometers, masks, gloves, soaps/sanitizers and sanitary pads. All these are currently being sold at exorbitant prices because of little availability. With every contribution we are slowly building our stocks to help more people every day.
Working with our team, we deliver this basis an SOS list given to us by government agencies all over Delhi. This is where oxygen is lacking the most. Cylinders are refilled and recirculated as often as possible.
Over time, depending on contributions, we will be buying other equipment – concentrators and whatever will be needed as the situation unfolds.
When this emergency is over, we will donate all equipment to hospitals that work with vulnerable people.

We have partnered with PRATYeK, (https://pratyek.org.in) as our NGO partner. Funds go directly to them and your donation will be put to use immediately by our teams.

Donations in India will be eligible for an 80-G certificate that can be used for income tax purposes.

Donations from outside India are very welcome.
