This is my brother here who met with an accident a month before. 

Patient name: Mr.Solomon Arputharaj 

Incident Detail: Was traveling alone in bike from his shop to home, suddenly drunken bike drivers came on before him rashing, to avoid collision with them Solomon tried hard and collided with a road barrier. Which resulted in severe head injuries and face injuries with facial bone trauma.

Diag: RTA with head injury with multiple facial bone fracture 

Tracheostomy was done and he's on the ventilator. Shifted to SIMS from Jipmer due to ventilator-associated pneumonia.

Accident date: 07/10/2019 Monday 10.00 pm @neyveli, Tamil Nadu, India. 

From 07/10/2019 to 13/10/2019 @jipmer Pondicherry. 

On 14/10/2019 admitted @SIMS Vadapalani, chennai.
