Societal Cyst is a student empowered non profit organisation that aims to challenge gender stereotypes and achieve the goal of gender equity through education and essential resource distribution. Our mission is to assist girls and women on their journey to become everything they aspire to be. Our team consists of like minded student volunteers who come together to conduct awareness workshops with both underprivileged and privileged crowds, as well as provide them with educational and menstrual kits.

We organise funds of our own by taking both donations as well as through various fundraising events . From simple ways to spark conversation about menstrual equity with other change makers across the globe, to conducting workshops about domestic violence with organisations such as BTSADV, we have tried our best to address various aspects of women empowerment by collaborating with student bodies and companies.

In a year of our working, we been able to directly impact 1,000+ women and girls and held conversations with hundreds. We have raised almost 1,00,000 INR in cash and in kind. We hope to increase these numbers with your support.
