At the very onset I introduce myself as a retired bachelor Marketing Executive, aiming towards supporting the underprivileged section of the society at large.
I am involved in many social activities & projects throughout the year. One of my major activities is to support underprivileged children by way of providing educational aids. Presently I am supporting 20 such students. The family income of all these children are well below poverty level & due to the poor financial conditions most of these children were school drop outs & were compelled to work as child labors. On one hand I am trying to arrange better jobs for their parents to improve their economical condition & on the other hand I am supporting the children by arranging their school fees, books & stationery.
Further, I intend to provide them with: a) regular educational guidance, b) All necessary stationery, c) Medical support d) cultural & moral activities & e) Nutritious food for all these children.
To arrange the same, huge amount of fund is required. To accumulate the fund, I request all of you to donate generously for this social cause & support these children who are future citizens of our society.
I am furnishing below the total break up of fund utilization, which is self - explanatory.
We intend to support 20 underprivileged children with the estimated fund, which will be utilized for:
a) Daily 2 meals for 365 days for 20 children @ Rs.35/- each meal (2 x 365 x 20 x 35) = Rs.511000.00
b) Educational aid for 20 children for whole year @ Rs 2400/- per child = Rs. 48000.00
c) Dresses & shoes for 20 children for the whole year @ Rs,1500 /- per child = Rs. 30000.00
d) Medical expenses for 20 children for the whole year @ Rs.500/- per child = Rs 10000.00
e) Entertainment, excursion & miscell for 20 children for the year @ Rs. 500 per child = Rs. 10000.00
