A few years ago, I realized my dream of making a tangible difference in improving the edu-tech industry, especially in the assessment and scoring segment of learning. Recognizing the immense potential for change, I dedicated myself to learning about emerging technologies that could bridge the gap between learners' efforts and opportunities. This led me to pursue upskilling myself and join Plaksha Tech Leaders Fellowship program, where I delved into Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. While this program equipped me well for my mission, I've come to realize that there's still much ground to cover.

Now, I have been accepted into the MS in Technology Management program at UCL (University College London), a prestigious institution ranked 9th globally for its research power. This is my opportunity to learn from the renowned institution, excellent in education and groundbreaking research while working towards developing innovative solutions that could shape the future of learning and revolutionizing education through technology.

The tuition fees is 41000 (GBP) and I will need more 15,000 (GBP) for the living costs, which is a substantial amount to be financed, especially because I am the sole earner. I was late admitted to the program, hence I could not apply for the important scholarships in time and deferring isn't an option. I did attempt to secure an education loan but due to various factors, including the lack of collateral and the absence of a co-applicant (having grown up without parents), traditional avenues for financial assistance have been limited. Despite reaching out to institutions like Prodigy, mPower, HDFC, and ICICI, I've faced numerous obstacles. While I've received some support from distant relatives and I have some savings but it's far from sufficient. As a result, I'm exploring alternative avenues, such as crowdfunding, to realize my educational aspirations and alleviate the financial strain.
