    Slum Children And Youth

from New Delhi, National Capital Territory of Delhi

In the heart of Delhi, amidst the hustle and bustle, around 2 million slums are residing where children and youth face daily hardships. Despite these challenges, they have untapped potential and resilience.

Anurvana’s "Theater for Change" project will use the magic of art and creativity to instill confidence, teach vital life skills, and provide a platform for self-expression.
The initiative will provide resources, mentorship, and a platform for 20 children and youth from the slums of Delhi to learn, grow, and express themselves through theatre and art. The workshop will be conducted thrice a week for the next months and will cover various topics, including acting, improvisation, playwriting, and stagecraft.
The budget for this initiative is Rs. 3,58,100/-, which will cover the operational costs including the facilitator fee, refreshments for volunteers, materials required for the workshop, costumes, props, and rent of the auditorium.

Your contribution can significantly impact the lives of children and youth residing in slums. It will provide them with the materials they need to create, fund theatre workshops, and create safe spaces where they can learn, grow, and perform. More than just a donation, your contribution is an investment in their future.

Join us in this mission. Let's work together to empower these young individuals and give them the opportunities they deserve. Every child and youth has the potential to do great things. With your help, we can ensure that their circumstances do not limit their potential.
Please donate now and support us in transforming lives. Together, we can make a difference.
