Sivaperuman Muniyasamy is an illustration of the efforts taken by the Government  TO TEACH A CHILD AND TURN WALLS INTO DOORS!  A brilliant child identified by the District Collector and supported since then, has leapt forward in life making MIT, Chennai, and IIT Kanpur his home for academics and now is one step away from reaching the University of Arizona for his Doctoral Research studies.
