Farhan my 4 year old son by birth there was a problem with his heart by God grace we had a successful heart surgery with wadia hospital in month of December now the doctors had again asked for a lpa balloon dilatation process for one of the vein which connects to its lung which going to happen on 30sep 2023 we had manage 30k from one of the trust need more 50k fund to support my son medical expenses please help ,donate 🙏
