My name is Shyamal Sengupta and I am here to fundraise for my self, my wife and my daughter, My wife name is Sumitra Sengupta and my daughter name is Saha Sengupta.

My wife is 64 years old and my daughter is 30 years and we are residing in Kolkata, West Bengal. Unfortunately, Our family has a history of diseases, where I am suffering from heart disease and undergone bypass surgery in 2005 and later due to sudden failure of heart my heart stops beating frequently, due to which I had to undergo Stent implant to my heart, Now that the implants have crossed its validity period and I require a new device to be implanted to recover for my heart condition. Which will cost around Rs.700,000.

My wife has been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease and diabetes. But she needs medication and regular checkup to fully recover. she is being treated at Rabindranath Tagore International Institute of Cardiac Sciences. Which will cost around Rs.300,000.

My Daughter Saha Sengupta is 30 years old she has been diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis and anemia. She needs medication and regular checkup to fully recover. she is also being treated at Rabindranath Tagore International Institute of Cardiac Sciences. Which will cost around Rs.350,000.00.
