My name is Shyam Singh and I am a caddy at the Delhi Golf Club for the last 20+ years.

I lost my leg in an accident  and have been since using a prosthetic leg which has  now become damaged due to the heavy wear and tear caused by daily walking of 10-15 km caddying on the golf course.

I do not have the financial means to purchase a new prosthetic leg and while I have borrowed funds (INR 100,000)  from family and co-workers and well wishers for the initial ongoing treatment, I am desperately in need of INR 155,000 to cover the cost of the replacement leg and the related medical costs.

Any help you can provide will enable me to continue to earn a livelihood to support my family and will be greatly appreciated.
