Hi, I am Shubham Shivaji Pawar and I am from Limbaganesh dist. Beed - 431122 having population of 25,85,962 and total geographical area of the district is 10,68,600 (ha). The area under the forest is 32,156(ha) which is 3% of the total area. This is a very critical problem for people living in that area. Taking into consideration climate change and other factors such as Wildfire, reduced water storages, etc have wreaked havoc. The extent of deforestation has also increased, due to which problems like soil erosion, fewer crops, flooding, water cycle disruption, greenhouse gas, emissions, changes in climatic conditions, and loss of biodiversity are emanating. In order to deal with this situation, it is really crucial to act. As we have entered into the year 2021 and as a part of resolutions for this year I came up with an idea to make my district and nearby regions a green place by taking an initiative to grow as many trees as possible so as to contribute to reducing the effects of climate change. We plant the trees in the forest area. We will plant these trees after the first rain of the coming season. But prior to that, we plan to select those trees whose life is 2-3 months at the time of plantation so there will be more chances to grow in the rainy season. But this initiative will be more successful with all your support and help. I invite you all to join me in this great movement.
Approximate cotation for 5000 trees plantation.
1) Pit excavation (1'x1'x1')= 5000x15= 75,000.
2) Water charges= 10,000.
3) Trees which life is 2-3 months= 5000x30= 1,50,000.
4) Transport= 10,000.5) Planting and watering= 5000x4= 20,000.6) Total amount= 2,65,000.
