I am Shrinath and I am here to raise funds for myself. I have been facing some problems with my abdomen and have to get some CT scans and endoscopy of my abdomen and pelvis to understand the problem and take further steps . 

I need help to get those tests done as I am unable to get them done on my own. I will need the tests to know what is the problem and then decide on the treatment ahead. I am receiving treatment in the KIMS Hospital.
