My name is Shreya S Penta and I am here to raise funds for my father Shridhar Penta who is 51 years. We are residents of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

He suffered a double Heart attack on January 24, 2023, and had undergone an angioplasty. His is a case of Ischemic Heart Disease with Ischemic Dilated Cardiomyopathy with severe Mitral Regurgitation. Thereafter he experienced frequent bouts of Breathlessness and recurrent cough which necessitated his hospitalization again on March 1, 2023. This has been attributed to several Mitral Regurgitation.

Doctors have advised that a MITRA- CLIP procedure has to be carried out as soon as possible. The cost of the Mitra-Clip itself is around 30 lakh and the total approximate cost of implant surgery, hospitalization, and other related costs would be Rs 40 Lakhs.

We have already spent 9 lakhs on medical expenses and have exhausted our savings.
