My name is Khushboo Shukla and I am here to raise funds for my father Shreeram Shukla who is 57 years old. He was admitted to the Arogyam Hospital, gurgaon for COVID and was on oxygen (BIPAP-kind of mini ventilator) for 20 days. He was then detected with Mucormycosis (Black Fungus) which is a very rare disease.
His FESS surgery has been successfully done for black fungus but within the span of 10 days he again detected with Mucormycosis (Black fungus) in upper jaw bone.
He again needs to go through 2 more surgeries which is FESS again and Maxillectomy surgery (upper jaw bone removal).
The doctors has prescribed 80-100 vials of LIPOSOMAL AMPHOTERICIN B 50MG Injections which costs around 7k-8k each.

He is currently admitted in KK Heakthcare centre, gurgaon.

Until now, we've spent about Rs. 1700000. we've arranged amounts from savings & loans.
