Dear friends, the ongoing lockdown, in the wake of the global COVID-19 pandemic, has affected the lives of some of the most vulnerable communities across the country.
This pandemic is testing us in many ways. How much empathy do we have towards the most marginalized? Do we truly care about our neighbors? How do we treat the elderly, the healthcare workers, the domestic workers, the daily wage earners and the homeless around us? After years of putting ourselves first, it is time to put others' needs ahead of our own.
The question is "Will we pass this test?" and the answer is an emphatic “Yes!"
In its earnest quest to serve the marginalized sections of our society, "Venus Spiritual Healing Community Trust" has been making all possible efforts to ensure that food reaches each and every person in need. However, it is struggling to keep up with the high demand despite pooling together all resources ranging from fiscal budget, donations and in-kind support from charities and social and religious organizations.
In light of this, we are reaching out for your support as your thoughtful contribution will help us in our resolve and ensure that we all fight as equals toward the mission of making India coronavirus free.
You can extend your support by contributing food packets, each consisting of the following items:
- 5 kg Atta
- 3 kg Rice
- 2 kg Dal (Lentils)
- 1 kg Sugar
- 1 kg Salt
- 200 g Tea
- 100 g Haldi / Mirch
- 1 litre Oil
- 2 Dettol Soap Bars
The options for contribution are as follows:
- 100 food packets: INR 55,000
- 80 food packets: INR 44,000
- 60 food packets: INR 33,000
- 40 food packets: INR 22,000
- 20 food packets: INR 11,000
The packets are being arranged on behalf of Venus Spiritual Healing Community Trust Pune.
Your contribution will ensure that in our fight against Corona virus, no individual will have to stay hungry as thousands of citizens fight together hand in hand towards the fulfillment of this mission.
