अपने कुछ सालों के अनुभवों के आधार पर मैंने यह महसूस किया कि नये शायरों को एक स्थापित मंच मिलना बहुत मुश्किल होता है। 14 अगस्त 2015 को मैंने आदरणीय आदिक भारती साहब की सरपरस्ती में 'सुख़नवर अंतर्राष्ट्रीय' समूह की स्थापना की। हमारा उद्देश्य कुछ सहृदय, नेक-नीयत और नये शायरों के प्रति वात्सल्य-भाव रखने वाले उस्तादों की मदद से नये लोगों को, जिसमे मैं स्वयं भी हूँ, एक मंच देना था। इस कार्य में आदिक भारती साहब जिन्हें मैं सिर्फ 'सर' कहता हूँ, का अभूतपूर्व योगदान रहा। हम सब की मिहनत रंग लाई और परिणाम स्वरुप 'सुख़नवर' समूह का पहला मुशायरा 24 सितंबर 2016 को लखनऊ में आशातीत सफलता के साथ संपन्न हुआ। तब से विभिन्न शहरों जैसे कानपुर, दिल्ली, नोएडा, इलाहाबाद इंदौर, मेरठ, भोपाल शहरों में हम मुशायरे आयोजित कर चुके हैं। मिस्टर बिकाश पी कुमार जो अमेरिका में इंडियन एम्बेसी में कार्यरत हैं, दूसरे इंजीनयर हरिओम शर्मा जी, जो उत्तर प्रदेश राजकीय निर्माण निगम में कार्यरत हैं। इन दोनों विभूतियों ने सुख़नवर को आज के स्वरूप में लाने में सराहनीय भूमिका निभाई है। मैं इनके सहयोग को महत्व देता रहूँगा इसलिए धन्यवाद देकर सहयोग का अवमूल्यन नहीं करूँगा। आशा है कि सदस्यों और शुभचिंतकों के सहयोग से हम उत्तरोत्तर प्रगति करते रहेंगे।

On August 14, 2015, I established the 'Sukhnavar International' group in the honor of Adarsh Bharti Sahab. Our objective was to give a new platform to the new people, in which I myself too, with the help of some kind, honesty and innovative masters. In this work Adik Bharti Sahab, whom I call only 'Sir', has been an outstanding contribution. All of us took the hard work and resulted in the successful completion of 'Sukhnavar' Group's first mushera on 24th September 2016 with hopeful success in Lucknow. Since then, we have organized musiaries in different cities like Kanpur, Delhi, Noida, Allahabad, Indore, Meerut, Bhopal. Mr. Bikash P Kumar, who works in the Indian Embassy in the US, is the second engineer, Hariom Sharma, Who are working in Uttar Pradesh State Construction Corporation. Both of these poets have played an important role in bringing Sukhnavar into today's form. I will continue to value their cooperation, therefore, I will not devalue the support by giving thanks. We hope that with the support of members and well wishers, we will keep progressing progressively.
