Sheru lives in the bylanes of Vishal Khand, Gomtinagar. He is loved by the kids in his locality and till recently, he was a happy dog with a happy life.
In the last 2 months, he started to lose weight, become dull & weak. A lump started to grow around his tail and when physical inspection pointed to herniation around his anus, we picked him up.

When he underwent a proper diagnosis by Dr Kunal Gupta at KPC Hospital, it turned out to be worse. Not only does he have multiple hernias, but they were also caused by multiple aggressive tumors around the area.

His surgery was very risky but Dr. Gupta pulled it off successfully. After multiple enemas to clear the stool, a surgery to remove tumors followed by another surgery to fix the hernias, Sheru is alive and in recovery.
