Shekhanna is 56 year male with Medical history "diabetes mellitus and cutaneous fascitis". He has no medical overage and currently on mechanical ventilation, on minimal vasopressors support. On "16th March undergone a surgery to remove Septic shock Encephalopathy," still in danger of kidney injury.
