Blood donor Shantaram was the most memorable person in need of blood in case of childbirth, accident victims, and so forth. They were getting calls for help. He was responding immediately. Shantamarama is doing the human good work without any need for any benefit. Always engaged in social service activities, he is one of the most popular people in the public sector.
The Shanthamara Seva Sevaka is introduced when several sociopathic organizations of the society have recognized Shantaram's social service. It is sad that Dayaguna Shantamaram, who has devoted her life to social service, is suffering from kidney failure and spending days in bed with Shayna.
Shantaram is living in a temple as a security guard, leaving him with no other source of income. The chariot of the samsara with his labor. At only 39 years of age, he suffered severe kidney failure. He had to undergo dialysis at Manipal hospital twice a week. At home, with the mother, his wife, and the daughter, who is studying in 8th grade, the entire family survived his hard work. One poor family is suffering from a tragic situation.
He claims that his treatment and replacement kidney needs to be consolidated to the tune of over Rs 20 lakh. Papa.? Where did the poorest of the poor come from? It's all impossible talk. So people's representatives, community organizations, fellow donors and civil society need to respond to humanity.

ಶಾಂತರಾಮ ಅವರು ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನವೊಂದರಲ್ಲಿ ಭದ್ರತಾ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯಾಗಿ ಜೀವನ ಸಾಗಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದವರು, ಇದು ಬಿಟ್ಟರೆ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಬೇರೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಆದಾಯ ಮೂಲಗಳಿಲ್ಲ. ಇವರ ದುಡಿಮೆಯಿಂದಲೇ ಸಂಸಾರದ ರಥ ಸಾಗುವುದು. ಇವರು ಕುಂದಾಪುರ ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ಬಿದ್ಕಲ್ಕಟ್ಟೆಯ ಹಾರ್ದಳ್ಳಿ-ಮಂಡಳ್ಳಿ ಇಲ್ಲಿಯ ನಿವಾಸಿ. ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲವು ಸರಿಯಾಗಿರುವಾಗಲೇ... ವಿಧಿಯು ಇವರ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಟವಾಡಿತು.. ವಿಧಿಯಾಟದ ಮುಂದೆ ಅಸಹಾಯಕನಾಗಿ ಇವರು ಸೋಲಲೇ ಬೇಕಾಯಿತು..! ಕೇವಲ 39 ವರ್ಷದ ಸಣ್ಣ ಪ್ರಾಯದಲ್ಲಿ ತೀವ್ರ ಕಿಡ್ನಿ ವೈಫಲ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಗಾದರು. ವಾರಕ್ಕೆರಡು ಬಾರಿ ಮಣಿಪಾಲದ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಡಯಾಲಿಸಿಸ್ ಮಾಡಿಸಲೇಬೇಕಾದ ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯತೆಗೆ ಸಿಲುಕಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ತಾಯಿ, ಪತ್ನಿ ಹಾಗೂ 8ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಲಿಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಮಗಳಿರುವ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಇಡೀ ಕುಟುಂಬವು ಇವರೊಬ್ಬರ ಶ್ರಮದಾಯಕ ದುಡಿಮೆಯಿಂದ ಬದುಕು ಸಾಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು. ಎದುರಾದ ಚಿಂತಾಜನಕ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಿಂದ ಒಂದು ಬಡ ಕುಟುಂಬವು ನರಕಯಾತನೆಗೆ ತುತ್ತಾಗಿದೆ.
ಶಾಂತಾರಾಮ ಅವರ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ, ಬದಲಿ ಕಿಡ್ನಿ ಜೋಡಣೆಗೆ ಸುಮಾರು 20 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂಪಾಯಿಗೂ ಅಧಿಕ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ಕ್ರೂಢಿಕರಿಸಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಶಾಂತರಾಮರು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಪಾಪಾ.! ಕಡು ಬಡವರಾದ ಇವರು ಇಷ್ಟು ದೊಡ್ಡ ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲಿಂದ ತಂದಾರು..? ಎಲ್ಲವು ಅಸಾಧ್ಯದ ಮಾತು..! ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಜನಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳು, ಸಮಾಜದ ಸಂಘ- ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು, ಸಹೃದಯಿ ದಾನಿಗಳು, ನಾಗರಿಕ ಸಮಾಜವು ಮಾನವಿತೆಯ ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಪಂದಿಸಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ. ಹನಿ ಹನಿ ಸೇರಿ ಹಳ್ಳವಾದಂತೆ, ಸಹೃದಯಿಗಳು ನೀಡುವ ಸಣ್ಣ ಸಣ್ಣ ಮೊತ್ತದ ನೆರವು ಶಾಂತರಾಮರು ಮೊದಲಿನಂತಾಗಲು ಸಹಕಾರವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
